
Pre-Production | = | is the period before filming begins when special tasks are to be completed, such as finance, the selection of actors for the various roles in the film etc. (movie can still be cancelled at all due to lack of finance, availabillity cast etc.) |
Filming | = | recorded on film; made into a movie. |
Post-Production | = | The final stage of the filmmaking process, normally involving picture editing, sound design, visual effects and outputting the film to a format suitable for release. |
Released | = | issued for sale or public showing |
